指导办公室实行“门户开放”政策. 学生和家长也可以预约. 有关选课的资料, 高等凯时游戏研究, 辅导, 职业咨询, 还有社会情感问题. 通过指导办公室促成的合作凯时游戏项目帮助学生了解课程与校外生活之间的关系. 这个项目允许学生为他们的OSSD赚取学分.
AIS图书馆每天开放给学生使用. 这是一个极好的图书馆设施，配有资料室, 研讨会的房间, 研究卡雷尔区域和一个新翻新的计算机区域. 可供选择的书目相当广泛，而且不断增加新的书目. 图书管理员或当值的职员都急于找到合适的图书, 为所有想要使用该设施的学生提供杂志或报纸, 他们的阅读是否为了研究, 引用或娱乐.
